CYD-3000/5000移動式磁粉探傷機，能對被探傷制件進行交流或直流磁化和自動退磁，能作連續法和剩磁法探傷；大尺寸制件分段局部磁化。采用邏輯電路和電子時間控制電路，帶斷電相位控制器，剩磁穩定，自動退磁能從所用磁化電流逐漸衰減到零，使剩磁消失，操作方便、效果好。調整可控硅導通角的大小來調整磁化、退磁電流的大小 適用于石油化工、冶金、船舶、電力、鐵路、汽車、機械修理等行業的各類壓力容器、金屬結構件、鑄造件、鍛造件、焊接件、熱處理件、各種零部件探傷。
